If you have concerns about delays in your child's development, we take direct referrals from parents, Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC), physicians, Early Head Start, and other organizations. 

you can start by calling CVRC at (559)-276-4300 for an assessment of your child's developmental needs.  Families can refer their own children for assessment (doctor/professional referral is not required).  There is no income requirement.

If you are coming in to our offices at the Lighthouse please park in the parking lot on N street next to the Lighthouse building (free to park for Lighthouse visitors), let the security know you are visiting the FRIENDS program on the 3rd floor and come on up.
