TIES Program

FCSS offers Emotionally Disturbed programs on a continuum that provides services ranging from the Behavior Intervention Team through more intense services such as the Intensive Outpatient Program.

The Targeted Intervention for Emotional Support (TIES) Program provides services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade with serious emotional problems after all program options and resources have been attempted in their home school or district.

The TIES program offers support through intensive, on-site psychological services and support staff. This includes a classroom structure that is balanced between academics, social/emotional support, and student need. Regionalized classrooms with a small teacher-to-student ratio are provided on integrated campuses within the school districts and charter schools in the Fresno County SELPA.
