SERVING YOUNG CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
The FRIENDS program of Fresno County Superintendent of Schools serves children birth to 36 months who are at risk or who show significant developmental delays. Infants and toddlers receive home based services from a team of credentialed Early Childhood Development Specialists. These specialists plan with the family to promote the child's growth and development as well as support the family during the critical early years of their child.
